Notifications will be sent out regularly when updates, hotfixes or new options are released.
A 1-year ASM ELEMENTS is included for free when purchasing a new Ovation ELEMENTS license.
The ASM must be renewed prior to expiration for customers wishing to maintain cover and stay current.
The new ASM plan’s start date will automatically activate after the last day of the previous ASM period.
Maintaining a valid ASM ensures you always have access to the latest Ovation version and can call for help.
For users with an expired ASM, an “Ovation ELEMENTS Upgrade” must be purchased along with a new “Ovation ELEMENTS ASM” in order to have access to the latest Ovation ELEMENTS version available and restore cover.
Notes:
• Ovation systems running MASSCORE do not need this ASM. They require an Ovation MASSCORE ASM for the relevant pack.
• Hardware, computer or operating system requirements may change with new Ovation versions.
